Aims and Objectives:

1. To produce and edit the Londonyard.com website;

2. To promote the free flow of information, and understanding, between leaseholders; freeholders; tenants; the management company and the managing agents of London Yard:

3. To promote London Yard as a desirable place to live:

4. To promote a sense of community amongst the residents of London Yard:

5. To promote good and efficient services, both professional and voluntary, for the benefit of London Yard residents.

Membership:

Membership of the group is open to anyone at the invitation of the Group.  

Group Members: Ron Coverson; Angela Brown; Tony Wicks.

Ownership of the Londonyard.com Website

At present the website is owned and operated by Ron Coverson who takes no money from the London Yard Management Company Ltd for its maintenance. It is not, therefore, a cost, in any way, to the shareholders or leaseholders of London Yard. Ron Coverson is happy for it to be, as it  always has been, a free service to London Yard residents. 

In the long term ownership will be transferred to the Group once the Group is stable and working successfully.  Unfortunately, Group members have been leaving the estate which has precluded any thought of a transfer of ownership at the present time..

Editor and Editorial Policy

The day to day operation of the Londonyard.com website is delegated to an Editor appointed by the Group. The present editor is Ron Coverson.

The Group decides general editorial policy and provides guidance to the Editor. The present policy, as it always has, is that the website is generally supportive of the Board of the management company but will publish items of concern to residents.

Finance

The Group is financed by donations from Group members.
