Property prices in this borough will rise by 7.55% in the next five years, according to a survey from the data analysts Prophit. The survey commissioned by Your Mortgage magazine also predicts that properties in Newham will fall by roughly the same amount.

The Twentieth Century Society is seeking to add the Isle of Dogs pumping station to the list of protected buildings. Built in the 1980's, the Storm Water Pumping Station is considered to be a prime example of post modern buildings. The station is on Stewart Street. |

Christine and David leave the Board
Christine
Inglis and David Jackson have
resigned from the Board of the Management Company.
Christine has been forced, by pressure of work and other commitments, to step down. Christine has been Board Chairman for the last year.
David
Jackson, who also joined the Board of Management last year, has had
to leave the Board because he is
leaving the area.
