Wireless comes to the Yard
More Directors Wanted Enclosed with the notice of the Annual General Meeting, sent to property owners, was a plea from the Board for new members. The Board have had three directors drop out since the last AGM and, although there are eight remaining, not all the directors are able to attend all meetings due to business commitments. It is important that the London Yard Board of Management has competent and dedicated members. It is in the self-interest of all property owners to ensure that this is the case. So, if you can, volunteer!

AGM Date Announced The
Annual General Meeting of the London Yard Management Company
will be held on Thursday 29th
January
2004 at the Pier Tavern, Manchester This is the main opportunity for property owners in London Yard to question the Board of Directors and the Managing Agents about the running of the company and the estate. Tenants who have issues that they would like raised at the meeting should contact their landlords and ask that they attend and raise the issues on their behalf.

On
Scotland Yard's Most Wanted List is Ibrahim Bangura who is wanted
for questioning by detectives investigating the murder of 22 yr
old Darren Sherman, who was stabbed in March. Darren,
who lived in Manchester Road where the attack took place, was
stabbed in the street at around 23:30 on 7 March 2003. He died in Hospital shortly afterwards.
Our
Security Guard, Antony,
was driving past soon afterwards and stopped to provide assistance. His uniform,
which was covered in blood, is still being held as evidence by the
police.
