Noise Barrier

For reasons unknown, people and their cars, have been congregating in the car park next to the Mem Saheb restaurant.

They are not restaurant customers and have been disturbing the peace of residents living nearby. The Board has approved the installation of a barrier, similar to the one on the Frans Hals Court car park, to prevent vehicles entering the car park unless they are residents or restaurant customers.

Jonathan Marries

Remember Jonathan Channing, our sometime managing agent? Well, he has finally made Caroline respectable. They married on July 16th and we wish them well.

Window Cleaning

The Management Company have engaged a contractor to clean the windows in the communal areas every three months. Residents who wish to have the windows of their property cleaned at the same time, and at their expense, should contact the Managing Agent for details.
