Fling and Chicken Wings
The
Yardy Events Crew surpassed themselves by
organising a Historic Walk and, back at the ranch, a barbeque with enough food
to feed the third world.
The
walk to Greenwich via the foot tunnel was led by Steven
Brindle of English Heritage and Rotterdam
Drive (Right). Both the walk and
the barbeque were very well attended with the World Cup showing on
a portable tele for those that wanted it.

the lawn, borders were created and planted last year. Definitely an
improvement!

This is the first time in the 200 year history of politics on the Isle of Dogs
that Conservatives have a majority; reflecting the changing demography of the

Gutter-less
Part
of Amsterdam Road was closed for some hours when a gutter detached from the
building during a thunderstorm.
Our
caretaker, Barry Morgan, had to hang
around too just to stop people walking underneath it until the cavalry arrived
with a cherry-picker to fix it back up.
