Shân joins the Board

Shan Lloyd-PackerShân Lloyd-Packer is the latest recruit to the Board.

She is a Chartered Tax Adviser who has recently moved from working for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Tampa , Florida to PwC in London .

Shân has a strong financial background and is keen to use her expertise to assist London Yard in ensuring the financial management of the Estate is well run.


Vermeer Court on Schedule

Vermeer Court scaffoldingBob Gould, the project manager, reports that the Vermeer Court works are on schedule to finish at the end of February.

Bob reports that a substantial amount of timber repair and mastic replacement has been necessary and he thanks residents for their patience during the work. The scaffolding on the north-east of the block will be struck at the end of January or first week of February.


Parking Scheme to be enforced

Make sure that you have an up to date parking permit on your vehicle. After not being enforced for some time, the parking scheme will now be enforced.

New Letterboxes

New letterboxes in Amsterdam RoadFollowing complaints about post being stolen from properties in Amsterdam Road, individual letterboxes are being installed. 

Letterboxes for the odd numbers of Amsterdam Road are being installed first - even numbers later. Pictured are the letterboxes already installed as a pilot.

Kate HarebDirectors stand down

Kate Hareb has resigned as a member of the Board of the management company.

Kate intends to remain an active member of "Sociable London Yard" which arranges social events for residents.

  

Ron CoversonRon Coverson has also resigned from the Board.

Ron has stood down because he felt that he didn't have the time available. He has spent a total of ten years on the Board, split into two periods, the latest starting in 2005.
