Keeping an eye on things

Site Walk - Maresa Collins (Wood Management) Frances McKeith (Chairman) and Shan Lloyd-Packer (Director)An innovation of the new Board of the management company is the introduction of fortnightly walks around London Yard to identify problems and monitor progress.

Directors and Wood Management can be seen, early in the morning, with notepads in hand checking up on work in progress and identifying new problems. The Board has also devised an Action Log detailing the progress of work being done and the problems identified. This Action Log will be sent out with future service charge demands and also published on this website.

Work on pontoons restarts

Ricky Lewis's team has restarted work on the pontoons in the pond.

Work stopped last year when the weather, and the water, became too cold to work safely. After almost twenty years, some of the wood supporting the pontoons has rotted and is being replaced.
