Our
heron arrives on time

Our
heron has arrived in April as usual. Hopefully, it will not eat all of the fish
in the pond.

Pavement
Repair
As the summer arrives, the time is right
for doing some of those very necessary outside jobs.

The
brick payments and roads of London Yard constantly suffer from subsidence. The
repairs, aimed at making the pavements safer and getting rid of the "trip
hazards" should be finished in early May. They will also be repairing the
green low-level fencing post and metal bars.

Companies
Act 2006
The
Board of the management company are examining changes to the company's
Memorandum and Articles of Association to bring them into line with the new
Companies Act.
The initial
drafting is being done by director, James Rimmer.
It is expected that an initial draft will be sent out to shareholders for
comments and amendments before being presented to an Extraordinary General
Meeting of the company.
Accounts
to Companies House
After
many difficulties, the accounts of the management company have finally been
deposited at Companies House.
With
new auditors and new managing agents, plus the seeming lack of co-operation
from the previous incumbents, the accounts proved to be difficult to compile.
This has resulted in the annual general meeting of the company being delayed
since March. It is now expected to take place in June.
