Dr David Bush - David lives off the Estate but has
owned property here for
15 years, he feels that the poor presentation of the Estate is directly
affecting his rental income and wants to ensure that Non Resident Landlords
have a voice on the new board.
Ron Coverson - Ron has lived here for twelve years, he
runs the Londonyard.com
website and has previously been a Board Member for seven years. He has
extensive knowledge of the Estate and issues that the Board will face. He
negotiated the handover of the freehold of parts of the estate from the London
Docklands Development Corporation and implemented the Parking Scheme on the
estate during his first period as a director.
Paul Duffy - Paul has owned a property in London Yard for 7
years. Paul is
an IT specialist having been involved in building trading floors for a
number of banks in Canary Wharf then founding and subsequently selling a
Voice over IP company 6 years ago.
Simon Hollingworth - Simon is a Chartered Surveyor and is part
owner of
Holland Properties on Amsterdam Road, his experience will be invaluable with
regard to dealing with external contractors and contractual issues.
Paul Leech - Paul is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner who has
worked in the
Reinsurance industry for over 20 years. He is currently employed as an
Executive Director for a major Worldwide insurance brokerage firm and
specialises in the provision of products and services to clients within the
Aviation Reinsurance field. He is also co-director of a company providing
hospitality services in the Hotel and Catering industry.
James Rimmer - James is a practising solicitor and his legal
knowledge will
help ensure the new board are better advised on the legal implications of
it's decisions.
Ray Roberts - Ray is a professional project manager having
mainly been
involved in IT based projects. His methodical approach to problem solving
should assist the board to address the issues outstanding on the estate.
Kevin Taylor - Kevin and his family have lived on London Yard
for 13 years.
He feels that a better managed estate will not only increase property
values, but attract people who will stay for longer periods and make for a
stronger
community feeling on the development.
